On our website, anyone has the ability to send a message to a staff member. This is a great feature when used appropriately.
To view or use this feature, go to https://www.9mile.org/staff and use the search icon to find the staff member you would like to send a message to and select "Send Message".
Next you'll see a popup window for a place to put your name, email and the message you'll send.
Once the "Send Message" button is selected the information you filled out will be sent to the staff members email as a "Website Message".
Remember!
Anyone can fill these fields out however they wish. This means the user may type false information including the name and email address. Please be careful when replying to the email or assuming the message is from who is says it is.
As always, if you have questions about suspicious emails, please contact the IT department as soon as possible.
