This guide is for getting the correct information for your class from the HMH platform.
To start login in to your clever portal and find the HMH Ed Learning Icon
Click on the Icon and it will open a new tab and automatically begin the setup process
On the first pop up click the first two boxes to accept the Terms & conditions as well as the privacy policy. Then click submit
Another pop up will come up that is called "MY PROFILE" ensure your name is in the boxes. (if this is incorrect please open a ticket with our IT staff)
In the first drop-down menu select the grade you are teaching.
In the next drop-down menu select the subject you are getting learning materials from HMH. In this case it is Reading and Language Arts. Then click on the Next button.
The "MY PROFILE" Drop-down will change keep the recommended pathways and select "Complete Selection"
The next pop up will be labeled "Ready to link your class to HMH programs?" Select "Let's go"
The Next Pop up window will show you which programs you have access too. Select the appropriate lessons for your class. In this example the Reading and Language Arts section was extended and the grade the teacher is teaching was selected. Finally The blue button on the bottom of the window to finish the process.
