Find the document you want to make a form in Files and “Open With” Adobe Acrobat (if the document is not already a PDF Adobe will convert a copy into one)

  1. Once open in Adobe on the right side of the screen click “Prepare Form”

    1. You can select “Form field auto detection” to auto-make parts of the form it can detect or you can leave it OFF to manually make all parts of form.

    2. Click “Start”

  2. You can then begin making a form by selecting from the options on the drop-down at the top of the screen

    1. Drag and drop fields (text box, check box, etc.)

    2. To change how a field appears and its fillable ability right-click on the field and select “Properties”

  3. “Preview” form to test out how the form will appear to others

  4. Save as an “Adobe PDF Files”
