To clear the Cache and cookies in Google Chrome click on the 3 dots
Then hover over more tools
Then click on Clear browsing data 
Make sure All time is selected for Time Range
Make sure there are check marks in Cookies and other site data as well as in Cached Images and Files
Click Clear Data
